My girlfriend just had a depo shot today and is now freaking out. anyone here know of someone who has had this before? There are lots of bad side effects, listed here

Ah - Denise - I started a thread on the SBB girls last year and I think she was the fav. hands down

She's alright - but she is a smoker - I always thought Melissa was my drug of choice, (who is currently on Making the Band) - or Cora -

Cora could come to me with her biological clock ticking at full steam saying "Marry me after the first date or lose me forever right this instant, baby" and I'd be flying with her to Vegas -

I think she's flawless - hands down one of absolute favs - although there is an vetranrian in training that is very cute too -

Meh, my ex was on this for like 3 years and it worked out fine. They made her switch eventually b/c they don't know about long term affects. It was convenient though.

I had an ex that spotted regularly for 3 months straight on Depo. She discontinued too.

Its still the best contraceptive option if her system can deal with it.

My girlfriend had the depo shot last year and it turned her into a total psycho. She got off the drug when she realized (after a confrontation by her parents and me) the negative effects it was having on her personality. It was very noticeable as the effects of the drug wore off. It effects different women different ways just watch out for the side effects.
