Whoever suspended him yesterday, could you please PM him and explain why. He PMd me since he posts in MTT but I believe it was a WPT forum problem.

I posted this yesterday and nobody responded to him. Now he's made a public post about it in WPT. I really think if we handled things privately and explained our actions to those affected it would add some credibility to what we do - particularly in a situation like this when it appears that he was suspended for doing nothing wrong. A simple apology would go a long way.
