What do I do here? This guy has been playing tight and even it seemed like he was contemplating folding 55 PF earlier in the 3-handed action when 3/4 of his stack was already in the pot. I am not sure if that is relevant.

I know a push will so rarely make him lay down a hand because of the ridiculous odds he is getting but I have no reason to believe he has hit a piece of this flop. So am I all in or do I just have to respect the fact that he was first in the pot and I have no real good play here other than to fold?

Has he been completing a lot? If not maybe he only completes with an A and hit the flop...

Without reads I fold this easily.
If you honestly believe he missed the flop then push all-in, at least you have outs and can make a nice running for first if you hit.

He has been completing about 40% of the time. Is it still an easy fold?

I'm not sure, I'd like to see someone else chime in here. This would be one of those gut feeling moves for me and I'm never sad to gamble it up for first, but I probably fold.

Someone give the ICM numbers

Yes, right now you have high card 5. You have some outs, but not a lot. Fold.

So, start pushing from the BB ... but not with this hand. any hand with an 8 or higher though.
