Looks fine to me. Flop is bad, turn is awful. I'm not putting any more chips in at the $11s.

Don't include results in your initial post.

Bet the flop.

You need to bet this flop. Is there a reason you didn't?

That is an awfully big raise preflop. I'd go with 4xBB plus 1BB per limper (105).
After the flop, I'm not wild about the king but with it being checked around you have to take a stab at this pot. A continuation bet of 200 will either take this pot down or let you know that you are likely beat. If they call the bet, you go into check fold mode on the turn.
You should quit posting results. It isn't going to help you get objective analysis.

when it is checked to you on a flop like this, bet it.

I didn't bet the flop because my feeling was that there was a good chance someone had a 10 or a K in their hand and that I would certainly get called. I didn't like a continuation bet here with two players behind me calling my raise, very likely with a weak King or something like A-10, like pineapple said, I wasn't investing anymore money here.

I've found getting checked to in the 10's means absolutely nothing because everybody thinks they can trap you. Someone holding K-7 here would probably try and check raise me...

Remember you raised pre-flop, so others are just as worried you have AK or another very strong hand. Consider that they might be checking it to see what you do, and if you bet, they are likely to muck.

Yes I understand that he might think I have AK, but nonetheless even if someone had Kx they would call no matter what I bet. Almost no one at the tens will lay down top pair even if there is a good possibility they may be outkicked, they will shove in anyway. i'm pretty sure the guy with 77 would have called a continuation bet there also which is what I want, but considering I would have pushed the turn unless an Ace hit I think I would have been dead either way...

You are doing 2 things that are going to seriously hinder your development as a poker player.
First you are playing scared. You can't just assume that someone must have a K or T.
Second, you are thinking result oriented. The fact that the player with 77 hit his set on the turn shouldn't be effecting your decision on the flop.
