I've pushed 3 of my last 5 hands. Villian is 8-tabling the $22s. Of course I'm pushing in this spot, but Villian's call got me to thinking. Is his/her call +EV (my immediate reaction was no way in hell)? I really wish I had SNGPT.

You're aloud to.

The call depends entirely on what range he put you on. It isn't a ridiculous call by any means.

I'm just going to buy the damned thing already. I'd never make that call, even if my opponent had just pushed 3 out of his last 5 hands and I had him on a pretty wide range (which is obviously incorrect assuming that you plugged it into SNGPT and found it wasn't ridiculous by any means).

Only way the A8 is +EV to call is if he has you as maniac, which means you would be pushing some weak hands like j9o and T8s. Otherwise its a clear fold.
