Sometimes, the fates conspire to give you a perfect hand - although, in this case, the perfection really had a lot to do with 2 (perhaps 3) of the players being insane.
At first, I wasn't sure if I should have 3-bet preflop - and I probably should have led out the betting on the flop - though I would have called the raise - nevertheless, here you are....
