I Basically limp trying to see if i catch a monster, i pick up Two pair and basically discount the flush draw for myself. As you see i then bid pretty standard to get Re-raised for a large portion of my stack, seeing as this is the 2nd hand of the tournament, no reads.

I feel like it was weak, did i give up to much of an edge here or was this a good fold?

i think I fold too, but I'm not sure. Depends on reads.

$15 SNG? My guess is you lose a lot more than you gain consitently folding in that situation. Sure someone may have you beat w/a straight or set or something. But I'd guess 8 or 9 times out of 10 you're just up against an overpair, top pair, or just about anything lower considering it's a $15 SNG and there's almost always 2 or 3 weirdos.

Plus if you but out early you can move right on to the next one with very little time invested right?

That's my thoughts.

I am pretty conservative, but I would check here and see what kind of action takes place. There are a lot of hands you are crushed by, and nobody who is giving you this action wouldn't have a bunch of outs. Think about hands like JJ (13 outs on the turn and 16 on the river against you, so basically a coin toss). If anybody was dealt QJ you're dead. People love to play 76 in multi-way pots and you're dead. J7 and you're dead. 10 10 and you're dead. QQ and they've got 9 outs on the turn and 12 on the river. I'm not saying fold, I just would tread a little cautiously. It is VERY likely that someone is going to win a lot of chips here with a straight.

i would've check raised the flop and then pushed all-in if he pushes. its early in a $15 tourney and there are always a few weak players at the table and i want to get their chips before someone else does and if he's got it then move on to the next tourney, if not you now are the big stack.
