It is not there for me. Anyone else?

Looks like it has been replaced by a Bad Beat counter to me.

Yeah, it's not there anymore. You can access a raked hand counter from the main menu though.

That is annoying--it was one of the best features of the site. The menu based raked hand counter is much worse: it's at best 15 minutes behind and often hours behind.

That is really annoying. (I had just discovered that too.)

yes, really annoying at least for me

Maybe an attempt to get people to play more than the minimum required raked hands?

To many people wanting to claim their bonus $10 at a time instead of waiting untill you have enough hands to claim the whole bonus. Don't want it to easy to know how many raked hands you have.

WTF bet365? First they take this feature away, and now their new counter doesn't work at all. I havn't eopen the software up in 3 days and it says i have played 132 raked hands in the last 24 hours. Then, I go ahead and play for like an hour and a half, and it says I have played 0 hands from yesterday to today. Their email takes like 3 days for a response. I actually used to love this site....

The menu counter has always been notoriously slow to update at all Prima sites. Many times its not too bad, but I think we're all spoiled by the Party real time counter.

The lobby feature was nice, but its pretty obvious that this site is getting whored pretty hard right now (mostly, maybe entirely due to the bet365 Bonanzii). My guess is that they're making some effort to reduce this.

Of course, taking away a counter isn't really going to have any effect. I'll bet most serious whores know their rh / table hour rate. If you don't, figure it out. Once you know it, put in the appropriate time, and then claim your bonus. You can even intentionally overshoot to be safe. 15-30 extra table minutes should be enough.

I cleared mine this morning, when I logged in a few hours
later the counter was updated. When they credited the bonus
the count they gave me matched the counter for once.

The last two months they said I had played more raked hands
than the old counter showed. I did ask about the old
counter when I requested my bonus. They didn't respond
to that part of the email. And it's not that much trouble to
check PT to see how many hands you have.

I ended up playing twice as many hands as i needed to. Went on a 50 BB downswing in the 2nd half of the bonus clearing. Dam counter

Ive been trying to track the raked hands myself...and what I have and what Bet365 sez are fairly far apart. And the CS leaves alot to be desired. Im doing OK there, but might bag this mess once i see the sign up bonus money. Does it take a while before you get the bonus money into your account once you have emailed them?

Less than 24 hours for me. Why would you leave a 5x$100
bonus on the table? My PT numbers were pretty close
to what their counter was.

Also if you did the sign up bonus at .50/1 they may not
count for the reload. Plus when the 1/2 got to rocky
which was most of the time! I hit the .50/1 NL games
they have a lot more action.
