Tell me what to buy

I want a sweet setup for my new house. Something along the lines of a top-of-the-lineish desktop with 3 flatscreens 20-25 inches (bigger is ok too) in size. What should I get if:

A. I want the best

B. I want really nice stuff but I dont need the absolute best(especially if the price difference is not compensated for in quality)

C. Im on a budget
