What size should the preflop raise be here with the 2 limpers? What if there were no limpers?

Seems fine. I'd raise either 150, 175, or 200. Whatever I'm in the mood for. I usually try to raise enough so that I will get only one person to call me.

With limpers I usually raise 4xBB to 5xBB to narrow the
field (especially at the low level party games).

with limpers: 200 preflop,250 on the flop, all-in on the turn.
with no limpers: 150, 200 on the flop, all-in on the turn.

If somebody reraises push all-in.

t250 is my standard raise here (t250 total bet, so a raise of t200 over the t50 BB).
