Somebody used this phrase and I didn't know what it meant? Zoo, help me out!

It means
1. You've been talking to an a-hole manager
2. One of life's big objectives/focuses (kids, family)
it's from Ross Perot I think (I used to work for his company /images/graemlins/frown.gif )
your life is a bucket. Put the "rocks" in first (the big things), before the sand (the little things, like daily work). If the sand goes in first, the rocks won't fit!
I hate myself for knowing this /images/graemlins/frown.gif
