View Full Version : JJ with two overcards on the flop

Capped preflop by the opponent, flop comes with two overcards.
I can't beat much (other than TT), so with two outs, is this a clear fold or do I continue here?

Thanks!

Easy fold on the flop.

One of my early mistakes (that I still make occasionally) was not releasing my hand immediately in these spots, although yours is an easy fold. I have tended to hold onto QQ for too long in these spots though which is bad as it is no better than your hand in this spot but just looks nicer! A quick release is far better here.
