Hi. I'm new here and this is my first post. I usually play 1-2 limit online. I've been playing for about 10 months now and was all downhill until i picked up SSHE. anyways, here's a hand I would like to ask you guys about

10 player ring game. I limp with AJo, player to my right raises. all folded to me. I call the one bet

flop comes: K J x rainbow

he bets, I raise to check if he has the K, he reraises me. and i call

turn comes another blank

I check he bets...after somet thoughts I folded

Whaat was the correct play here. I felt that he had AK. but sklansky said in SSHE to go to showdown with a hand that you may win in a reasonable chance. i'm not quiet sure. some pointers woudl be hlepful

raise preflop, the hand may play differently after that, the way you played it i think you can fold the turn

SSH says to showdown a hand that has a reasonable chance for a bet on the river, you will have to pay 2 big bets to show this down and given the action, i dont think you are good often enough for that to be profitable

also as the first reply says, you should indicate your position in this hand, im assuming you c/r'd the flop

also you should post 1/2 hands in the microlimit forum
