Villain in this hand is good lag who doesn't get out of line too much but is loose enough and pounces on my weakness it seems. He doubled up 1k thru me last orbit when he raised 45, i had 33 hit set he turned straight. I got the best of him earlier in the night when he bluffed his stack into my quads. villain has me covered. Wanted to add, I'm pretty sure villain has seen me fold to min raises in past, and might be trying to freeze me here or fold a hand that cant beat a K he may view me as weak because he raped me with position at a different table earlier.

Wow. I was going to say I hated the river push, but now I realize that it would be a tragedy to let villain win with Qx. I think that if the river were anything other than Q your line would be to check

Has villain seen you get out of line before?

Not really, there is mutual respect for eachothers games. To tell you the truth my read was that he folds ak here.
