I have been the chipleader at the final table for a while now and have been raising a good number of hands before this hand comes up. Villain has also been fairly aggressive.

What hand range would you think the villain would have to reraise all-in?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t8000 (3 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx (http://www.zerodivide.cx/converter)

SB vs. BB this is a very easy call. You are somewhat pot committed. Do you really think BB needs AQ-AK or JJ-AA to push? There are a lot of circumstances at a full table where I would call with AJo to this size reraise allin.

I think you are ahead of his range, and getting decent pot odds to boot.

I'd probably call, you'd still have 70K if you lose, which is not a good spot to be in, but still big enough to get back in it, and if you win, you have a 4:1 chip advantage going into heads up.

All signs point to calling here for me.

Actually I think his range is quite wide, as I know my range would be large in his position. I instantly called and spiked a jack on the turn to beat his AQs.

The reason I posted this hand is that I am trying to analyze all of my hands that involve a large portion of my chip stack, win or lose. I am also trying to put more thought into the numbers behind my decisions. I find myself making plays instinctually, but I also want to be able to back them up with solid reasoning.

If you were to use PokerStove to look at the numbers, what range would you assign him?

Are you saying that by being a big raise, that the hand range is larger?
