This behaviour is obviously supported by the Greedy Oil Puritans, given that REPUBLICAN Senator Jon Kyl is trying to get Internet poker banned.

Any Republican who does not work to defeat Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) and who does not publically denounce the religious right has no business posting on a poker site.

Hell, if I ran a poker forum, I would make new members agree to these two conditions to be members.

Glad to see freedom is alive and well among the Christian Right community...

The third 'highlight' in the petition:

"3. Aggressive enforcement of anti onilne poker laws with 24/7 monitoring of illegal internet usage."

God knows what the [censored] that could mean.

You work hard and spend a fair sum of money to run a poker site: Why should people who support politicians and groups favouring a ban on Internet poker be able to benefit from the fruits of your labour?

Oh you worry too much. I'm sure that they just want the government to monitor everybody's computer so they can make sure they don't play poker...
or any other form of gambling ...
or visit pornography website ...
or websites promoting the gay lifestyle..
or abortions ...
or Devil worship. And if your're not worshipping Jesus, you're worshipping the Devil whether you realize it or not...
Or America hating, socialist websites like MoveOn.org.

See, nothing to worry about.

So you only want people who agree with you? That is an attitude that so many have. I have no problem with hearing from people who I disagree with.
