I made the deposit with Neteller directly to the casino. I went to withdraw funds and it said the method I used to deposit was not a valid withdrawal method and to call them. So naturally instead of calling them I ran here to see what's up.

Do I need to transfer the funds to like the poker side or something like that to withdraw to Neteller?
