Inspired by Macedon's post below, and not wanting to hijack, lets hear it from everyone their favorite boarding runs. Ok, you skiers can chime in too ...

5) Beaver Creek: Have to throw one in from my home field. Off the Birds of Prey Chair:

Perigrine to Golden Eagle to Ptarmigan

4) Squaw Valley, off the KT-22 chair:

GS Bowl - anything off of the KT-22 chair is just awesome. That Sierra Cement is tough!

3) Snowbird, off the tram:

High Baldy Traverse to the Peruvian Gulch and burn out on Silver Fox. Heaven on a powder day.

2) Arapahoe Basin. I need to list two:

a) Pallavicini
b) Upper East Wall (if you have the stones) to the Lower East Wall. All I can say is Wow.

1) And the run I could board the rest of my life, Jackson Hole, Wyoming:

Off of the tram, Rendezvous Bowl to any of the Hobacks. After this year, R.I.P. tram. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Never been to Whistler, and I need to go before I get too old. Powder days always make me smile and act like a 5 year old at Christmas. And yes, this 37 year old (soon to be 38) can still rip from first chair to last chair. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I lived in Whistler for 13 years, and believe me, it is VERY overrated. The snow isn't great, everything is ridiculously expensive (ex. $11 hamburgers), and the place is so crowded that you feel like you are in Disneyland waiting for the gondola. The only thing it really has going for it is its massive size. Go to any of the mountains in the interior of BC (Sun Peaks, Silverstar, Big White etc.) as they are far superior. Or if you really want an experience, go heliskiing at Mike Weiglie's in Blue River.
