Early postion raises?

What hands do you think are raising hands in the early position during the beginning stages of a tournament. I nearly always raise with AA KK QQ JJ and AK. But im not quite sure about hands like TT and AQ in early postion. Typically if i come in from early position i like to come in raising or not at all. How do you play hands like TT and AQ from early position?
