RGP Open Event #20 is Saturday, November 5, at 14:00 GGT (same as US Eastern) on gamesgrid.com. This is the final, and main, event of the RGP Open. Entry is US$200, with no registration fee -- all monies will be distributed as prizes.
By RGP request this tournament specifically has been designed to more-or-less mimic the top brick-and-mortar professional events, meaning:
* No-limit Hold 'Em
* 10,000 starting chips
* 40 minute rounds with slowly ramping blinds
* Five minute breaks hourly
Play begins on November 5 and is scheduled for nine hours. If the tournament is still running at the point, the tourney will go on break until 14:00 Sunday, November 6, 2005, and play to completion.
You do not have to be a member of RGP to participate.

With each previous RGP Open event I've always posted here, once only, with less than one hour to starting time. Since this event is the final, I'm posting a day early and will bump the listing once only tomorrow to give greater exposure. Thanks for your attention -- my apologies if it seems spammy somehow.
Good luck and hope to see you there,
