very deep 16-team head to head. each team has potential for a 25-man roster, 5 DL spots, and a 18-man developmental squad (for players who've played 3 years in the biggs or fewer)

scoring categories: BA/HR/RBI/R/SB...W/SV/ERA/WHIP/K

you can play any 7 pitchers

cap is 400 for the 25man and DL. if a player has a number next to them, they're locked into a multi-year deal, if not, they get whatever the Sportingnews thinks they're value is.

ok, so my team: 2nd year expansion that just missed the playoffs...roster ended up looking like this:

1B- S. Casey
2B- Ron Belliard

SS- Juan Uribe (12)
OF- P. Burrell
OF- J. Damon (23)
OF- M. Alou (19)
U- R. Klesko (27)
U- N. Swisher

P- R. Clemens (16)
P- J. Smoltz (25)
P- Brett Myers
P- C. Capuano
P- G. Maddux (19)

4. W. Williams (11)
5. Craig Wilson
6. J. Blanton

8. Hee Seop Choi

DL
1. O. Dotel (27)
2. T. Hunter (25)
