Why is thepokerdb.com not on this list?

It is not a program, sure, but it breaks the exact same principles that the list is trying to prohibit.

Edit: I refuse to deal directly with pokerstars management anymore in light of many recent snubs from Lee Jones and his cronies, so if anyone here has an idea, feel free to let me know.

FWIW thepokerdb is a commercial site with a PT banner and requires a login to see what information they have on you.

I guess they define player profile as a database of a players actions while playing and not player profile as a database of tournament results.

My impression is that the list is not intended to be exhaustive. They probably haven't come across this one yet.
