Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx (http://www.zerodivide.cx/converter)

Hero (t915)
BB (t4670)
UTG (t2710)
Button (t1705)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG is all in(2710)1 fold, Hero calls?

I have to do something soon. If I fold this, I'll have pretty much zero fold equity for the next orbit.

Yeah, given your stack and the blind size, I more the likely call. A7 isn't too bad to make a stand with, could be as good as you're going to get.

UTG is pushing into a BB that can bust him while you're sitting on 2.5BB.

He's not doing that with anything you're even remotely close to.

30/70 at best if you call.

i highly agree. calling here with a mediocre ace is a bad idea. you're gonna have to find a hand to push very soon, but let this one go.

Then again, you're calling 765 to win 2130.

Feeling like a 3-outer?

This is a difficult situation, I think.

If I am UTG
In this situation, if I think I have somewhat competent players at the table I tend to go all-in with a lot of hands. UTGs FE is very high in this situation.

If you call BB could be tight in fear that he loses to Hero and UTG wins the side pot. BB could go from chip lead to fighting for 3rd with that call.

I would like to run the numbers with a somewhat loose UTG and a tight BB if you call and a loser BB if you fold.
