man, oh man oh,

here's the prob. - Digestive tract is running circles around me - louder then a car engine and I've made two trips to the can in the last 30 min - not good - barely making it too -

Only thing I can think of that's different in the last 48 hrs is that I was drinking a LOT of grape juice before both episodes last night and tonight -

is that stuff hard on the system? - We're talking welch's grape juice - and I'm drinking it for Vitamin C to get over my cold - maybe I shouldn't drink as much of it as I do pop or whatever -

I've been told that prune juice can make you crap. Dont know about grape juice tho.

It has a lot of sugar in it, and can definitely lead to the runs if you drink a ton of it, just like apple juice.

probably my problem - chugged most of the 46 oz. in the last 2 hrs -

and since it's the only fluid I drank, that's gotta be the culprit, cause lately it's like I'm just dropping cups of water into the bowl - unreal - jesus -

that's what I get for trying to be healthy -

It's too sugary to be that healthy. Save it for the occasional treat.

P.S. Don't let juice bottles get exposed to direct sunlight. I've found that for some reason that when this happens, the juice gives me the runs every single time. Seems especially deadly with orange juice.

Too much Vitamin C will basically become a laxative. Grape juice naturally doesn't have a lot of C in it, but some brands add it. Your body is only going to keep what it can use and the left over vitamin C takes a quick exit. /images/graemlins/blush.gif

It varies from person to person how much you can take without any effects.

I learned this a couple months ago when a friend decided he wanted to drink 1/2 gallon of OJ in like 20 minutes or something. He spent a lot of quality time on the shitter the rest of the day. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I take vitamin c every morning and the pill has 1500% percent of the recomended vitamin or some such thing. I rarely [censored] my pants at work, so I'm not so sure.

I'm pretty sure it's more the sugar and not the Vitamin C - if anything, I only got 500% the recommended daily allowance cause there are only 6 servings - each was 120% and I probably stopped before the last serving when I started getting wise as to what had changed in my diet in the last 48 hrs.

I'm sure the juice he drank was way less than 2 grams of C, but the third link you provided was pretty interesting considering the point you're trying to get across.
