Sticky Casino Bonus question

I am looking at doing a bonus at 24kt gold casino. It is a 200% no Blackjack sticky bonus. After I clear the bonus, can I then play blackjack or do I have to cash out first? I can't find their live support or else I would have asked them. WHat's confusing me is this:

By claiming this promotion, all forms of Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, or Sicbo cannot be played until you have cashed in after wagering 4X the total amount deposited or your play balance reaches zero.

So, does this mean after I clear the bonus I need to cash out first (and have the bonus taken away) before I can play Blackjack?

noob question = what's meant by 'sticky'?

It means that the casino keeps the bonus money. There are two types. Type 1 is where when you cash out the bonus money disappears from your account. Type 2 is where you can never cash out the money but when you cash out the bonus money stays in your account for you to wager more with.
