At p. 53 of HOH, Harrington says he uses the second hand on his watch (i.e. random number generator) to vary his play. If he open raises with AA 80% of the time, that translates to the first 48 seconds of a minute, whereas he open limps when the second hand reads 49-00.
Timex has recently introduced a new Iron Man watch called the OVA or optional viewing angle. It is built where the face of the watch sits on the side of your wrist. I attach a picture below.
