Just sat down at the table about 5 hands ago, villan has played everyhand for whatever that is worth.

Villan covers barely on button
one limper to Hero, I raise to 30 with KhKc, CO calls, villan raises to 50, fold to me I raise to 100. BB calls

Would a check raise have possibly been a good play here? I thought about it but didn't want to give a free card to something like AhKh or really any ace.
