HU against tight thinking player

As the subject says, villian is a tight thinking player, knows how to get away from a hand, and is pretty average passive-aggressively, maybe slightly aggressive. He's aware that i'm an aggressive player.
note: this is a different opponent than the one from the previous hand, despite the similar setup

Yeah, okay. KJ is 16 combos, and KQ/QJ is also 16 combos. This is too narrow of a range, I think, but we're 50/50 so far. AQ is 6 more combos we lose to, though Villain quite likely would have 3-bet that preflop at this 5-handed table. Meanwhile, Villain will probably pay off with A /images/graemlins/spade.gif X /images/graemlins/spade.gif, when he has that. But AT (6 combos) can't be ruled out. JT/KT (16 combos) could be payoff hands, but maybe that ace will be the thing that makes Villain decide to lay those down.

I probably would have made an auto-pilot bet, but the decision does seem closer to me now than it did at first. I still think I like a bet, though. I wouldn't like getting check-raised, but I would call, hoping for something like AJ.
