NL Holdem Tourn. Rules?

All action is PreFlop

Two MP limpers. SB raises. BB reraises all in for less than SB's orginal raise. Two MP limpers call. Can SB raise again here?

Does the all in reraise have to be completed for the orginal raiser to raise again? If so when is it considered completed?

Example:
small, big at 25/50

first raise is to 200
second raise is to 325, +125 over the first +150

The second raise was less then 150, which was the amount of the raise over the big blind, therefore the initial raiser may not reraise. The second raise would have had to have been to 350 total or more for the first raiser to have the option to reraise.
