what is the best way to play a full house flop when your fh is the under hand.

this is what happened to me to knock me out of a final table tonight in PLO.

under the gun I get
8 8 7 7

i raise 2xbb, 2 callers
flop is
8 J J
i bet out strong
1 fold
then a reraise x2
I reraise pot and put all my chips in, thinking i will make the guy with a single jack fold. we are even in chips. he calls with Ah Js 7s 6d.
turn is a 2
river an ACE

I lose.

did i play the hand wrong? should i fold when there is a reraise on flop? call? or did i do it it right and pot the flop to try and make the trips fold?

You would like to get all the money in now against one player with trips. If he would only raise you on the flop with J8, you should fold. If you are out of position and he will be able to outplay you later in the hand and there is a whole load of money left, you could consider folding. In the situation you describe you played it fine and got a slightly unfavourable, hardly bad, beat.
