Everyone has the ability to request a name change (Link) (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/editbasic.php?Cat=0) at this time. It's been that way since the upgrade.

But if you do put in a request, try not to make it too different from your current name. Mat has expressed a desire to keep posters recognizable.
