handgrabber problem

I have e-mailed the creator of the program, but have not received a reply yet - just wondered if anyone on here had any ideas.

I have used Handgrabber for several months on two different computers, but now on one computer it gives the following error message upon start-up

"Handgrabber found more than one network interface with a valid IP address. Attempting to continue."

It then remains in the "Probing for Setup Data" and never recognizes any tables. Any idea what could be causing this?

I believe this problem is addressed in the FAQ or Help or somewhere. I don't remember exactly but I think that's the error I got and had to put like -0 or something in it.
