An even bigger clue:

Notice the lobby page for Stars with the message advising players that they are not getting emails?

Can you imagine Potty doing something like that? By the time you figured out the problem yourself, and sent them an email via another provider, you would get a reply from Vanaganarish Mandupaku blaming you for the problem. Hahahahahaha!
