View Full Version : Why does Full Tilt Suck so much?

Does anyone else have continual disconnect problems with their site, or agree that they have the worst customer service. They do have nice software, and are very quick with payouts, but its amazing the troubles i've had on there. Anyone else agree? BTW I can't get on right now as i was nearing the end of a SNG.

Never had software issues, but their CS sucks.

I emailed them about getting my deposit limits increased and got nothing back.

I agree with this post but I used to hate it very much. It grew on me, especially when the games were not all 2+2 posters and bonus whores like it was at first.

I emailed them about increasing my deposit limit, and they said I had to do a direct transfer from neteller using some merchant code or whatever, then email them afterwards for them to manually accept the transaction (as opposed to just depositing using the software), which is kind of dumb.

I emailed them today about their sign up offer and got no response.

Needless to say i uninstalled the software.

FT's down for me now too. Though it was fine until an hour or two ago. Maybe they're updating their software to add triple draw...ha

I think it is because of the changable avatars and backgrounds and general processor/bandwidth intensive software. The avatars are sooo cute though. I lost $200 to a gnome the other day, I just couldn't be upset.

I can't believe there are people who don't turn off the avatars.

Anyway, I have had a couple disconnects, including yesterday in about four months. That's not a problem.

I originally turned them off, but I turned them back on last week because my gf wanted to see them when she was watching me play. Go figure. I do like the avatars, though. I tend to turn them off when playing multiple tables. They also help when getting stats lined up correctly at the table.
