I'm thinking maybe I overvalue them a bit. No read on villain, he hasnt played many hands at all yet.

Jacks against a MP raiser? You could make an argument for pushing, calling, or folding. Just gotta go with your instincts at that point.

I tend to call more than any of the other options, but it all depends.

i call sometimes with jj too... but calling off 100 here with a stack of ~600 is bad. i want to isolate against the raiser, not allowing something like AJs to come along for the ride. with this stack i push 99.9 percent of the time.

with more chips, however, i could see myself raising, folding or calling depending on the situation... which is what makes this game fun.

Well that means I'm right :-). I play JJ very situationally dependant with low blinds. Good to hear thats the way to play them.

Yeah, I didn't look at the hand all that closely... I agree that it is a push here.

Push looks right, although folding is also OK, I think.
