Tantra and Sexual Enlightenment

OK, so I'm sure we've all heard about Tantric sex and other forms of sex training you can do. The benefits sound terrific, ie. half-hour orgasms, sex for many hours at a time, more intense pleasure etc.

Does anyone have any actual experience with Tantric practises? Do the benefits live up to what you hear about? How long and how much study does it take to become familiar with these arts? Other comments?

I think its just a way to sell books. I know this hot blonde white chick who has been a Buddhist all her life, and I asked her about it. She follows Buddhist practices but had nothing significant to say about "tantric sex". I think it is just advice you can find in any kind of sex guide.

But admittedly, she was a freak in bed. This really had to do with her "no inhibitions, do as you feel, sex is only for pleasure" philosophy, and not any tantric secrets. By the way, her mom is Buddhist, 40 years old, and has been married 5 times!
