This hand occurred when I was getting very frustrated, as I kept raising with good starters, getting called pf and on the flop, and then c/r on the turn, forcing me to fold when I kept missing.

So on the turn, I 3-bet out of frustration, not recognizing that I might extract more if I just called the c/r. But then I wondered whether, even if I lost 1 bet on that hand by 3-betting, might it have been worthwhile in the long run to stop people from c/raising me on the turn?

Or was the 3-bet good in its own right?

how do you extract more when some % of the time he's drawing and won't call when he misses on the river? I think it's fine to three-bet the turn. Get it while the gettin's good.

Also, I wish my frustration/tilt plays involved raising with the second nut straight and two blocking cards. Mine usually are A-high /images/graemlins/smile.gif

3bet the turn. Most of the time he isn't going to believe you have the 6. If you just call the turn he might check/fold the river.
