Empire cash out question

I've hit the cash out limit of 10k per month and i'm wondering does it reset on the 1st of every month or do i have to wait 30 days from my last cash out when i hit the limit to be able to cash out again??

Also if I verify my account and send them a scan of my passport how stupid is this to do, I'm in Canada and wouldn't they have to file this info with the government since it's over 10k and could this lead the to gov being able to tax me on it??

I believe its every 30 day period... I've run into that problem before too...
