Bet365 software problem

I am unable to view the "Bank" section, I get an error message everytime I try. I can't even go to their sportsbook website without ending up at a page with an error message. They have told me to delete temp files and cookies and reboot, but I still have the same problem. Anyone else have this problem, and know of a solution?

This sounds like something you should probably try taking up with customer support. Call 'em up. They are very helpful. Plus, you stand about a 33% chance of getting a girl with a hot english accent.

I have almost same problem. Everytime I hit submit after putting in Neteller info and deposit amount, I get a software error. Support kept telling me to delete all cookies and reinstall. Didnt work.

They sent me a CD. Going to try it later. Doubt it will work tho since I tried from 3 computers and kept getting same error.
