I was just curious what are the odds somebody has a 4 flush on the flop do to simple probability.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you play every hand, you will have a flush on the flop 1 hand in 2,019. You will have a four-flush on the flop 1 hand in 93.

But if you're looking at a flop and trying to figure out if anyone else has a four flush it depends on (a) how many players are at the table and how loose they are, (b) how many people are still in the pot, (c) the betting and (d) how many matching suits there are in the flop.
