Opening a crypto table

Do any of you ever help open a crypto table when the pop-up offers you $10/6GBP to do so? I recently joined that network and would routinely get a pop-up to start a 2/4 game and that I would be paid at that above rate. IF some of you do/have done that, what was it like? Did it go smoothly? Let me know.
