I have 2 ten dollar deductions and one ten dollar addition to my absolute account called [event] and they have no transaction number. What is this?

if it happened oct 18th it could be related to the changes they were making those days and the system was messed up. Their CS is pretty quick and they would know better than us.

The $10 addition is the Cracked Aces promotion.

The two $10 deductions are due to two other players filing claims that you cracked their aces.

Where else would it come from? After all, it was your horrible play that cracked the aces in the first place. You need to be punished for it.
