In the past Starluck,Planetluck,AceClub cashouts were at most a few hours.
I am now on my 8th day waiting for AceClub. Anyone experiencing these types of delays recently?
I sent an e-mail and they gave me the standard reply:
Thank you for contacting AceClub Casino Customer Care.
The reason for the delay is because all cash outs once requested fall in the cash out queue for the investigations team to look into your games records and verify them. The time taken to verify a cash out depends on the amount of cash out requested / the nature of the win / number of pending cash outs at that point of time. It is not possible to prioritize your cash out and the approximate date that the investigation team thinks that your cashout would be verified is 10/31/05. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
I'm not worried about getting paid but it still pisses me off to make me wait 8 days for my money. Ok, I feel better now and that was really the entire point.
Strangely enough 30 seconds after i posted this i received a call from AceClub to verify my account. They rasied my deposit limits and said i would receive faster cashout processing.
