Commercial links in profile

Is it allowed to include links like these (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showprofile.php?Cat=0&User=6593&Number=3816246&Boa rd=other&what=showthreaded&page=0&vc=1) in a profile? If not, and the poster has other non-spam posts like this one, can we remove these from his profile for him?

I would think there should be much more leeway given to whats in a profile than what is posted or in a signature.

There are no restrictions on profiles. If you have a link like that and are constantly telling people to go to your profile, that's another matter
