It's part of Party's 3 billionth hand promo.

Basically, they have a 20K freeroll open to all every 5 million hands until they get to 3 billion (its tended to take roughly 26 hours for that many hands to get dealt out thus far). Right after they reach the benchmark, registration open for the freeroll.

Just watch the HH in the top corner of the window.
When it hits the numbers at the bottom of this page (http://www.partypoker.com/news/events/3_billionth_hand.html) a freeroll will start registering a few minutes later.

EDIT: I wonder what the delay is?

Hopefully it gets cancelled after it starts. I might get 4 bucks or something. YES.

The $20K freeroll from Wednesday was cancelled halfway through, and no one has been paid for it, so hoping for cancellation may not be the best thing.
