i wouldn't raise preflop here, but if i did, i'd make it .60 or so

i'd raise the flop to $1.5

Your error is that you're underraising for some reason. Either because you're scared of his minbet or trying to reel him in. Don't. When he min bets the flop riase ignore it and raise to 1.20/1.30 IE the pot size. Same applies on the the turn. This guy is LAG and this is NL10 I am more than prepared to go all the way with trips top kicker.

As you played it you're also missed a value raise on the river. Worse Jacks and all kings will call you.
