Villian in this hand has been playing very well IMO. Picking up uncontested pots, but seemingly pretty tight. My own image is pretty weak/tight, I've been taking stabs at pots and getting played back at.

Nh. Tough bet for him to call.

it's also tough for him to put hero on any good hand. really only 44 would make sense. that said, i don't think villain calls without a 2. i wouldn't have thought of it at the time, but i like it.

The thing is I don't know what hero is trying to represent. If I was villain I would really call here more often than not with anything reasonable. This looks and smells like a steal attempt by hero.

I like the play in most situations, but not against the big stack. As others have said, the play does look like a steal, and the BB certainly has the chips to find out. Big stacks are much less likely to lay down solid hands here.

Plus this is only a 3 dollar rebuy. Big stack will call with anything here.

Since Big stack was obviously on a draw or two high cards and didnt belive u on the flop and saw your check as a I missed my flush on the turn. He tried to steal on the end too. If he had a J or a Q he NEVER folds here. Thats just my 2 cents.

I may have had the best hand, but I was trying to get 55/66 to fold.

I think you had the best hand all along. I think he had maybe some connectors. I dont see him ever laying down KQ or KJ here. Just not going to happen in a 3 dollar rebuy.

I really don't like the push. BB is very likely to have a real hand here, quite likely a 2, and I wouldn't dream of getting anyone in a $3R to fold a 2 here. Hell I'd be calling your push with a 2.

He may be playing well but I doubt he's the type to make a play like that with a weak hand. Check call a near-bet on that board and lead the river on a modest value bet? I'm flat out shocked that he folded.

I also hate the UTG limp. You were at the table, not me, so if it was incredibly loose passive preflop then I guess its OK. But at any reasonable table you get raised too often there and can't really call. Blah.
