I think I'm betting 325-350 here and still calling a push as I have the 2nd nut flush draw as well as boat outs. Would love to hear from others have to say.

I like betting 300 here. If he has the str8 or something the flush card may slow him down and let us get a chance to fill up/ make our 2nd nut flush. If he's still drawing we want to get some money off of him now rather than letting him miss his draw without putting money in.
And we have a lot of outs to improve over most things that have us beat here so I guess we'd have to call the check-raise all-in if he does that.

I don't like betting so much on this turn. True, I am ready to go to the felt with this hand - and you'd be right to do so unless he has the nut flush or a set of kings, and we can't put him on that. Anyway, I like to let him stick around if he has something like KJ. He seems like he's a loose caller so let's bet something like t200 here. He may even call this with just an OESD! If he check-raises, I'm going to the felt.

I check behind and hope a str8 card doesn't come on the river.

I make a 1/2 pot bet to keep two pair and pair plus straight draws around.
I am prepaired to get my stack in against a check-raise.

Pussy advice but it's too dangerous now. Check and call if he bets the River. By checking now, you minimize your loss if you're behind.

Check behind. Betting accomplishes nothing since your action from worse hands is almost nonexistant. You also keep the pot size down in case you don't fill up.

Potting the flop would make me quite unconcerned about a diamond but now it's really sticky.

You're kidding right. This is a 10+1 and he has a set. He will get action against many worse hands here. Opponent might have a flush or a straight. But he also might have a gutshot and pair or open ended straight draw and pair. Hero has the 2nd nut flush redraw, so he is really in terrible shape against nothing, even the nut flush or a straight with Ad he has 10 outs. I wouldn't even be that sick if he raised.

Not pointing money in the pot in a $10 tournament would be ridiculous.

You bet too little, and gave him odds to draw to his flush. Still, I have to put a bet out here because I might be ahead, but would hate to see a reraise here. Checking isn't going to help your case, because unless the board pairs, you are in the same spot, and his inevitable bet on the river then will leave you wondering.

You got 1320 left, I'd bet 300 here and see what happens.

If I bet that amount on the flop, I'd go for 300 now, and just hope I don't get raised because I'm not folding.
