Party Poker/Poker Tracker Name change

If I change my Party Poker screen name can I do anything in Poker Tracker so all my past stats are included under my current name?

In the "General" tab in PT (I think) there is an "Aliases" button. It links the two names together internally within PT. It has nothing to do with the poker client.
