I would raise PF. I would bet the flop and be happy to get a caller and then I would bet the turn and fold to a raise.

This is read dependent. But, I think I'm still check/calling. Your hand could still look like missed diamond overs to Villain and he might bet. I don't think he's calling a bet from you here with any hand that he wouldn't try to bet for himself. But, maybe I'm wrong.

Xorbie, can you help me understand why you want to lead out here rather than check/call? I know that your hand has improved, but all indications seem to point to a busted draw from Villain. What are you seeing that I'm not seeing?

Maybe I haven't played the 50NL in a while, but if this guy has a busted draw he is checking behind most of the time anyway, so just go for some value against an 88 type hand, or maybe a T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.

I think bet/call is the best. Value bet your trips, and most anything that raises you will be a weaker 9. If you are raised, call, and be happy to see K9,Q9,etc most of the time.
